Always wondered when looking at profiles on the web... faceparty, livejournal, msn etc...
Why do people put pictures of their car in their profiles?
I just don't get it...
is the car part of their personality or something?
Not criticising, cos people do what they want, but just wondering why doing such...

Best when they have a pos and still post pictures of it everywhere.
exactly. is the same as people going on about what instrument they play or what bands there into e.t.c
it is called faceparty afterall!
Hmmm... very good point, never thought about it like that. :thumb:
it's not.
If it's a beat up Fiesta XR2 lookalike with shit bodykit... no. Just no.
 Posting lame pictures of yourself on the internet for anybody and everybody to see. Dirty and creepy.
its not even that, its just the word "Faceparty"
im gonna have a faceparty and everyones invited
why is you posting pictures on here any different?
I didn't even see that one!
i was gonna say that exact thing!
and, most people who post pics on their profiles of cars, instead of pics of themselves are usually mingers. haha. harsh but mostly true.
Replace musical instruments with room, house, beer, fags, whatever.
Well that's fair enough if it's a picture of yourself sprawled on the bonnet in a sparkly dress or waving cheekily from the driver's seat Noddy-style (or anywhere in sight, for that matter). When it's just a picture of a car parked up in a driveway it does seem slightly redundant on a site like Faceparty, but to be honest who gives a fuck? It would put me off looking at someone's profile or whatever, but I'm sure they wouldn't lose any sleep over that.
In terms of it being of a likeness with pictures of instruments.. as far as I've seen, I don't think people do post a picture of their guitar/drum kit/tuba, unless it's a picture prop or has been taken in action. I could be wrong.
I used to love that cartoon as the kid... what's the name of it again?
