    I think that's bullshit. And nobody should be made to worry about having to lose it before they're a certain age.

    Hi ya - there are lots of thing to consider when losing your virginity - but as has already been mentioned - exactly when you lose it is probably the least important if you have any desire to actually enjoy the experience.

    Have a look at TheSite's guide to being a virgin.

    Even tho I think one should not care that much, I lost mine in high school and like it that way. Making those experiences when you are still in growing up and exploring age. I like the idea simply better to lose it in teenage years, and I for myself would've probably stressed out if I hadn't up to now (I am 20).

    Depends which state, in some its 178, some its 21, some its 16, and in some its 15.

    As to the OP, you have sex when you're ready. Some people are ready at 14, some people aren't till 18, 19, 20 or even older. Virginity is seen as burden to get rid of, which is wrong.

    As has already been said before, sex isn't a race. It's up to the individual when they are ready to take the next step. Once you have had sex, theres no going back, so I reckon you should lose your virginity to someone you have respect for, who you love and someone that you trust. And if that's before you leave high school, then so be it.

    In my high school there wasnt any race or need that I noticed to lose your virginity.....everyone wanted to though(and some did)but Im 18 and havent had my first kiss yet!!
    And to be honest it doesnt reeeeally bother me that much and I dont think Id be that bothered if I lost either.

    well its different in the UK, we leave school at 16. I lost my virginity last week, no regrets. And i leave next month. But now one of my mates claims to feel 'left out' because 2 of us have lost it :rolleyes: pretty silly.
