    yes, my mum is a wrong 'un! and i was once talking about this when my mates when i first moved to uni, and how horrible it would have been and that i would have been bullied! my present housemate then proceeded to inform it was her brother's name!! :shocking: my face went the colour of a cherry to say the least!

    I would have been a David. Even as a girl, I had a different name until the last minute, I was almost Lily.

    Wow... My mum's name is unofficially Lily (meaning that you won't find it on any paper, but everyone calls her that) and her sister's name is Maria, but everyone calls her differently.

    If I was a boy, I would have been a Nigel...... I don't particularly dislike the name, but I prefer being Nikki. Since I'm a girl and all.

    For the first few days of my life, I had a new name everyday anyway (Annabelle, Terri, Grace, Emily....) before they settled on Nicola. So I probably wouldnt have stayed Nigel for long

    My mum has just informed me I was going to be called Phillip if I was a boy :lol: My brother was going to be elizabeth if he was a girl.

    If I was a boy, I would have been called Samuel after me Uncle. Not too fond on that to be honest, so thank god I'm a girl.

    i would have been michael. my brother would have been joanna.

    curiously though, my brother is not michael and i am not joanna. so they can't have been that keen.
