what is a real party to you?

was just filling in a myspace bulletin thing

someone descirbed a real party as one with celebs andstuff, which is their opinion but personally a good party is one, with the right amount of drink, at a mates house, and all getting together to come together in silly mildly drunken fun landing up with semi-tired/drunk covnersations aboutt hings youd never talk about normally, but without anyone taking the piss and annoying people

ones with couples on eachother all night annoy me as i like chatting to randoms

    My ideal party would be with some close friends and family at home with a few drinks. Nothing pretentious!

    a good party is where the people holding it have made an effort. for example, theyve made vodka jelly and big bins of cocktail. and maybe put in some coloured bulbs or something. then with a great soundsystem, good music and lots of people. people are important. you want friendly, willing to chat to anyone, want to get wasted and maybe pull people.

    Ideally: good friends and some randoms to make it interesting, beer, maybe some bait, good music, few joints, relaxed atmosphere, someone strumming a guitar later in the night, wee drunken sing(shout)along, good craic, plenty of space to crash out, having the party at someone else's house so you can nick off in the morning without tidying up. :p

    Simple as, really.

    All my friends, a massive house and garden, someone good on the decks but also somewhere to chill out, moderate ammounts of substance abuse and a stripper with whipped cream.......

    People wrecking the show

    That's if I'm at someone elses house.

    At my own it'd probably be a few of my close mates, bit of rave music, drink and drugs without the loudness and wrecking everything.

    one with a big kitchen, because if there is booze, it's likely to be there, and people will congregate around said booze.

    aside from that, people that can have a decent time... and some people you hardly know, so that you can be like "yeah, she was that girl no-one knew:D".

    Perfect party : a relaxed atmosphere and good company.
