No, it is a totalitarian dictatorship led by me or nothing!
I was thinking the same thing
Capitalism all the way.
the collective's primary goal's will be:
1) gain control, either by force or infiltration of the current system.(this will be voted on)
2) once control is gained all wealth will be distributed evenly to the collective.
3) kill all non believers of the collective.
simple
Ancient Greece had a system where hundreds from the community would make the decions of the whole country, as in the majority within government representing the people because to allow every one to have their say or take a vote from everyone would be impossible with the simple fact of time, counting votes, etc.
And internet voting or electic voting is no option as such systems can be abused by those "leading" the movement in question. Hence communist system fails on its head. Not that communism ever mentions all been equal and fair, i think you are mistaking Communism/Leninism/Bolshevism with Markism and Socialism.
See, Complicated! :thumb:
We got any weaponary sofar? We'll need to defend it - Government have a tendancy to send in the Military to these things.
Go learn about communism then return kplzthx.
Until we have established a world under the system though, or at least a large proportion of it, we need a leader! I am availible for this post if required. If not, do expect me to take it by force. Thankyou.
Damn you. I have support you know! And a tank.
Besides, I have my own subversion to run. Don't worry, I'll save you a sunny spot on the wall, come the real Revolution.
after all, dictators preffer un-armed peasents.
You ANY idea about Communism lad? The state withers away! We aren't state capitalist, you know! Although, my user title's sake was probably the second best example of state capitalism...
Nope. Just informing you of the pecking order when it comes to revolutionary groups. The NSRA > You. And if you dont know about the NSRA, WAYSA?
Ideas are more powerful than Guns. We would not let our enemies have Guns, why should we let them have Ideas?
No guns, no ideas, no anything, ok mate?
I would like to thank Josef Stalin for the quote.
Don't be stupid. Communism is a brutal regime that doesn't work. I'm a capitalist through and through. I'll stop now before I start commie-bashing...
To succeed at capitalism the entity needs to be devious, scheming, deceitful, backstabbing, fraudulent and generally inhumane. Not a very healthy way to pass the time.
Capitalism is a finite paradigm. The prime objective of capitalism is to have more than anybody else. It will result in the last two capitalists arguing over who will sell the rope that hangs them both.
:yeees:
I think it's always worth mentioning that communsim was a relative failure. They didn't do things as well as other systems, in fact in a lot of areas they were a damn sight worse but they weren't total and utter catastrophes. An Empire that stood against the west for decades must have had a little bit of something going for it.
While at the same time voluntarily trading with others, making reliable contacts, keeping your word, being honest and mindful of others needs. In a "closed loop" system of capitalism, your description is an accurate one of the behaviour of those outside the loop, and mine of behaviour towards those inside the loop.
No, that's statism. The prime objective of capitalism is to turn raw materials into usable things that can be traded with others, with the person who makes the most usable things being the best.
Capitalism prime concern is to generate profit through monetary function. It is the champion of fiscal paradigm with its vigorous clause of built in obsolescence, which causes the consumer to continue purchase and therefore helps to lock the individual into a cycle of debt.
Ah, you obviously don't know what capitalism is.
You are describing state capitalism, with a monopolistic monetary supply of (fiat) currency. Not got a lot to do with capitalism.
b) We have never had Capitalism. But places like Victorian England were pretty close. Stuff the kids up the chimeny, make some cash outof them!
