nah, that's false economy. you have to use three quarters of the bottle to get a decent lather.

but what do i know? i have a dishwasher and haven't washed anything by hand for months :yippe:

Nah we're stingy students and I seem to be the only one who buys washing up liquid. Nobody washes up properly - a good clean involves squirting washing up liquid onto the offending crockery and rinsing it with the aid of a sponge thing. They will use the same amount of tesco value as they do fairy liquid so it is good economy really. If I was on my own, and had complete control of the sink, I would buy Fairy Liquid!

tesco own brand. not value, cause that's crappy, but the normal one.

Have got a bottle of Fairy at the moment. We have a dishwasher though, so it lasts ages... I do have to wash up sometimes as we have a slimline one and so some of our pans don't fit into it. The smell I like the best is the asda own brand original anti-bacterial one though :)

Me too. I always used to have original scented ones, then my flatmate last year got me hooked on the apple one.
