used to be a big tea drinker, and i'd have it quite weak with no sugar, but then the love of coffee took over :yum:

As the milk proteins denature in the hot water, they bind to (I think) the tannins in the tea, reducing the bitter aspect of the flavour

ooh, hark at 'im with the big words! lol. I used to detest the taste and texture of milk, and so even though I now drink milk, I'm used to drinking tea without it.

Strong, just a drop of milk and one sugar.

Coffee - I love my coffee medium strength with two sugars and a drop of milk.

the cheaper the tea the better because cheepo ones dont really taste of anything

take the tea bag drop it in the water and take out imediatley, put in milk so about 1/5th of the brew is milk.

    beltin :)

I like Earl Grey, with or without milk, I like both + 1 sweetener.
And I drink Tetley, with one sweetener and skimmed milk, but prefer to drink it with 1 sugar and semi-skimmed (but only ocassionally coz it's too fattening!)

Love tea of all varieties, I even pick (or buy) ingredients and make my own herbal teas, big fan of the Earl Grey blend and the brand 'Yorskshire'.

I like to sweeten tea with honey, but sometimes I like sugar (2 spoons) instead.

Has anyone ever tried cream tea? Basically its tea without water, you use hot milk instead. Mmmmmm yummy.
