    40 per page given the speed of my connection. Once i start reading something, i hate having to keep changing pages. Plus, i hate it when theres a thread with say 16 posts or whatever, and you change pages just to see a :lol:. Doesn't seem to happen as much with 40.

    I have it set to the max pages allowed, i forget what it is. I want to minimise the amount of pages i have to read :p

    I have it set to max too - scrolling up and down is much easier than clicking back and forth.

    Does anyone use the thread view - I feel it ought to be better, but it just sucks

    15 per page. I did have max a couple of months ago, but changed it back. I guess I can't be bothered.

    It would take more time to load the page. Imagine being able to read the text, so you do, and when you've scrolled down a lot then the page finished loading. So that's when it takes you back to the first "unread" message, and you have to scroll down again.
    For slow connections, I'd say it's better to have few posts in each page.

    15 and I cannot be bothered changing it so 15 it shall stay :p

    I like scrolling but only with a scrolly wheel. I've got a stupid rollerball mouse and I hate hate HATE it! :grump:
