    its old though, leet speak was about in the late 1990s, and then it became unpopular and anyone doing it was told off, and now people take the pee out of those who leet spoke but who werent elite, so to speak. So, if im right, anyone who says 'pwned' is really taking the pee because they know its not cool, but its kind of like sarcasm, in a way.

    Its hard to get my tongue around it, but I know what I mean :-)

    P.s. if anyone can find my insurance folder, that'd be handy.

    Nah, I think some of the people who use it do think they're being cool. Or maybe I'm just not giving them enough credit.

    Either way it's pretty irritating.

    That's basically right (Except it developed in the 80's but nevermind :) )
