I thought of this when I saw Fenix Blade's avatar - it was an awe-inspiring sight. The rules are as following:
    You rate them out of 10 or in a percentage (%) if you so must. Please do not post too often - as players are forced to rate yours again. You can reply after ten other users have posted.

    For example, the first one to post in the thread (obviously, the one after me) would rate my signature - 10/10. :D
