How Long Are Your Finger Nails?

in mm (milimetres) how long would you say your nails are roughly ?
use 0 (zero) if they only go to the same length of the tip of your fingers, minus number if you cut them back really short and behind the tip and positive value for anything beyong the tip.
I'd say mine are usually 1mm to 2mm beyond the tip, any shorter and I find it really hard to pick up small objects like screws, pins, etc .. any longer and then I can feel it when typing.
Also for those of you with longer nails how do you open stuff with ring pulls?

I have long fingers though
They are getting cut off though, I'm fed up of them being long.

So was I, I was also thinking god it must be hard trying to do anything with nails even 2cm long let alone longer.
And men with nails that are longer than the ends of their fingers... actually, in fact, men with nails that even go to the end of their fingers is extremly repulsive, foul, discusting and makes me vomit. They should have their fingers removed for being so vile.
I've noticed several Chinese men either have very long finger nails or 1 nail on one finger that is waaaaay longer then the rest - anyone know why this is?
I know a lot of guys that will look at a girls hand and if they see the nails are really long to them it's a sign of them being High Maintenance
I think without a tiny bit of nail it's so hard to pick small things up or open peel off lids like on vitamin bottles or use the keypads on some little mobile phones.

Sometimes people have a long thumbnail and index finger nail on the same hand if they play classical guitar but I don't quite see how that could apply to the Chinese. Who knows?
I bite my nails. I'm also vaguely scared by long nails on men, or women for that matter.
I managed to stop last year actually.
