Absinthe?
Oh my grandma in law, shes 90some and she loves that stuff! shes fucking hilarous.
Thats the stuff. I've always wanted to try it. If its there I intend on getting drunk on it with my brother.
If you're drinking for the enjoyment of someone else then you may as well not be drinking at all. Drink whatever you want to drink because you like it, otherwise don't bother.
Just wondering what ssort of drink to you think is credible for a female. Something like a baracrdi breezer? or vodka? or just a pint?
When I'm in the pub I drink whatever I feel like that day. Sometimes is vodka and coke or Archers and lemonade, other times its bottles like baracrdi breezer and if we are out for a meal I drink wine. But if I'm not feeling well I just stick to soft drinks. Whereas if I'm out with my mates for a birthday we start on cocktails. :hyper:
You should drink whatever you like and want to drink and not feel pressured into drinking something just because your friends are and you should never feel like you need to match them drink for drink  As everyone is differant when it come to drink.
Nowt wrong with that.
A whole one? Well... that'd be a challenge.
nah, you should take drugs because you like the sensation too:p
Nowt wrong with that.
Unless you like pints of Carling, of course.
I like women who like ale. The wife would drink pints, except she's only little and can't fit a whole one in at once. Bless.
It isn't nice stuff.
It is mixed with ginger beer, they go really really well together.
Classic.
How bad is not nice? I intend on trying it anyways, I wouldn't want to miss out! So do they have it there? Would I have to buy it or is it in bars? Expensive? Common?
I used to have to make those at the pub where I worked and I used to hate it principally because it meant opening the bottle of Advocaat which stank like shit.
Nowt wrong with Carling, Kermit. I drank the stuff all last year as it was £1.20 a pint down my local. Lovely stuff.
The only thing right with it is the price. I'd much rather have a pint of Heineken, Coors, or if I'm feeling a bit la di da Hoegarden, but only in the fuck-off massive skull-caver glass!
I also found out that I quite liked vodka, soda & lime but that's likely to get me stabbed for being a "fruit." As spirits go, it has to be Jack Daniels and coke or a Scotch and ice.
I could get pints of Old Peculier for £1.20, and OP actually tastes of something other than sugar.
I am partial to good lager, such as Stella or Oranjeboom, but I can't abide the mass-produced piss like Carling or Carlsberg. And it depresses me that the best beer in Australia- Victoria Bitter, which bizarrely is actually a lager- is almost impossible to get over here, even now.
I don't rate Hoegaarden that much either. The German wheat beers such as Erdinger are much nicer.
Sorry? Stella not mass produced?
Orangebum is quite nice though.
That article is hilarious
Poor old monks.
I said mass-produced piss;)
Carling or OP? No contest.
Theakstons are a good brewer. I like a good pint of Black Sheep too, same family. Old Speckled Hen is a good pint but one too many can leave you a bit silly. I'll pretty much try anything.
Staropramen = :yuck:
Kronenberg blond / Leffe / Duvel / Pernod & Black =
Duvel and leffe are top, though (havnt tried K.blonde)
As is this Russian beer from Petersburg whose name escapes me. You can get it in Bristol. Fuck, what's it called??
