what's going wrong??

I've recently started seeing a guy i work with, as some of you may know from a previous topic. anyway the past 2 times we've been out together we've ended up going home together, stuff happens, but when it comes to sex he just can't get an erection... i know this is common, but he's sooo experienced and from the other stuff we've done i can tell he really knows what he's doing, so i dont think its nerves or anything like that, and he's not shy at all, and he doesn't seem embarrassed by it...

not sure what im asking here, but im just really confused and its getting me down... and its making me think that maybe its something to do with me?? or something im doing wrong :( i'm not very experienced at all but is there anything i can do to try and prevent it happening again??

    There could be a few reasons, has he just split from a girl?? Am saying that cos maybe he is thinking about her still and thinking that maybe what he's doing is wrong, this could cause him to lose his erection as could quite a number of things if his mind is drifting. I'm sure its nothing your doing.

    It depends on whether it's a physical thing, or psychological.
