Trainers a tad bit too small

Former MemberFormer Member Posts: 1,876,323 The Mix Honorary Guru
I bought a pair of trainers last week in the sale and they're just a wee bit too small...they fit alright but obviously my feet swell up after wearing them for awhile.

Is there anyway to stretch them?
I googled for answers but all i got was "buy a shoe stretcher". I need a cheap or improvised way to stretch them.

Cheers in advance :thumb:

Maff.

Put watertight bags in each shoe, fill with water, bung in freezer, et voila.

The real answer to that, is to buy shoes that fit you in the first place :thumb:

Right-E-O...My "trainer stretching using ice mission", has kind of worked :(
It's stretched them at the back and sides perfectly...but only a little bit at the front...i'm suspectiong this is because the front is plastic-y :chin:
