My girlfriend and i are in both virgins and in love and want to have sex. but when we have tried i have been unable to get it up once i'm naked. there is nothing wrong with my body or my penis and i get erections around her all the time when i have my clothes on. What can i do to loosen up? i don't want to lose her over this.

    Have u tried foreplay? Try sticking too mutually playing with each other first. It may be that because it is both your first time, u are scared that you wont make it perfect for her? I dont know as i am no pyschologist, but anxiety is usually the cause. Try playing with each other first while you are naked, stroking each other softly all over e.t.c.
    Try and have fun as well, dont worry about making mistakes, and remember to practice with the condoms first, u dont want them flinging around the room, although admittedly that could be a good relaxer!

    If you're too nervous even for foreplay when you're naked, then start with a few more clothes on and play with each other... then gradually chuck the clothing out of the bed as you get more excited <IMG alt="image" SRC="http://www.thesite.org/ubb/smile.gif">.

    Don't rush it. Take your time and do lots of foreplay first. It may be because you are nervous though you may not know it. So ease some of it away and explore each other first before jumping right in! And im sure that your girlfriend is understanding as she's a virgin herself so don't be scared you'll lose her. Experiences strengthens the heart!
