ok here we go:
i can't eat much at all without feeling sick
i can't sleep well: either over sleeping or not being able to sleep well
having lots of nasty dreams
lots of confusing thought
i'm very very very parnoid- i haven't smoked in ages so it's not that
i'm having pains all over my body
i'm lossing weight-which is a good thing but at a quite fast rate.
very deep thinking, though it is often wondering
fevers
headaches
halucinations-not major things but little things
uncontrolable behavior
and all this is freaking me out, and most of my friends think it's attention seeking, when it's not i can't control my behavior.
any ideas as to what the hell is going on with me ??

Yes. Do that, without doubt if you are concerned it is the best option.
I am no doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist, so would suggest to see one of those types of people as soon as possible.
Sounds like a case of being a teenager to me.
Why don't you go to the doctor, like everyone says.
Oh dear, it sounds like you are having to deal with some nasty things at the moment, so first off, well done for speaking up.
You describe so many symptoms that it's difficult to say what could be causing it here. The others are right - a visit to your GP will help you to understand why some of these symptoms are occuring.
Take a read of the following:
Mind's factsheet on paranoia
Anxiety and stress
I may be wrong, but I am guessing that there are issues in your life that are causing you this distress, if so, there are lots of people you can talk to for confidential support - or just a friendly ear to sound off your problems to. Try Careline, a telephone counselling service for children, young people and adults on any issue, including relationships, depression, mental health, child abuse, bullying, rape and sexual assault, domestic violence, addictions, stress etc.

I hope some of this helps - big hugs and take care.
