I know this sounds crazy...well thats because it is but I felt so in control. It tears me apart and I hate myself. I loved my body in the summer when I was 7.7stone. I had odne a 3 day fast and loads of swimming in freezing rivers in the northern Italian mountains. Now I'm back in the UK and I've started my first job my weight has gone up to 9.1stone. I want to kill myself. I'm so dissapionted in myself. I just want to be toned slim and healthy. What the ~~~~ can I do?

think about this rationally.
you can take control of your weight and your situation but do it sensibly. do more exercise -losing weight doesn't tone! if anything you'll get stretch marks from losing it too quickly! muscle tone in your legs and tummy is so much sexier than stick thin anyway. the endorphions released during exercise will make you feel good about yourself as well. do things in moderation -have a treat now and again but for the majority eat healthily. your body needs fuel (protein, carbs) so don't starve it
What Lipsy said.
And adding... If you just starve your body, then your body starts to consume the fat, and muscle! In other words, the muscles that can give you that taut and toned look with moderate excercising will waste away too, so you still won't achieve the look you're after. Balanced diet and moderate excercise are what you need. It's a slower process, a long term goal, but produces much better results.
Trust me on this. I'm a biscuit under 15 stones but I excersise regularly and have a verly low body fat percentage. I don't even eat that well. Meats, salads, basically whatever I can put together works for me. The point is: Exercise. It works wonders.
im 8.7 and sometimes i just think 'ahhh i feel so fat i hate my*add body part here* and life would be so much better if i was thinner' i realise it wouldn't be in the long run it's really dangerous to be any skinnier
i think you need to think more about the health risks. everyone else has said the other things, eat healthy, do some exercise.
just remember, women need a bit of fat on them.
When times are tough and you've previously had some sort of 'coping mechanism' like controlling your intake of food, it's always very tempting to resort straight back to that again in order to deal with it. The hardest thing is to try to overcome it and tackle the problem head on instead, but in the long run it'll do you so much more good. The others have all made excellent suggestions on a practical level about how to keep your weight down, and I'm sure you know that healthy eating and regular exercise is a much better way to deal with this. But the main thing you need to do is work out why you are feeling this way, which is where counselling could help. There are lots of specialist organisations that can help you come to terms with your feelings, try:
Eating Disorders Association who have a helpline: 0845 634 1414 (8.30am-8.30pm weekdays) and a youth helpline (under 18s): 0845 634 7650 (4pm-6.30pm weekdays).
