Chat Break 20th April-26th April

Hey Community,
We have an upcoming Chat Break next week from Monday 20th April - Sunday 26th April. There will be no group chats running during this 7-day period. The usual group chat schedule will resume as normal on Monday 27th April. We will be hosting a quiz during this week, so if any of you want to host this quiz then DM us and we can get that scheduled in!
What is a 'group chat break'?
Roughly three times a year, we have a week or two where we take a break from running group chats.
We use these periods as a chance to gather community feedback, reflect on how things are going in the community, run volunteer training, and look at anything we might want to work on. It's also a good chance for staff, volunteers, and you, our community, to take a breather. If you use group chat often, chat breaks are a good opportunity to try new services and expand your support network too.
Will anything be changing after the break?
Yes! During the chat break we will also be training some new Chat Moderators, and we’re excited to welcome them to The Mix once they’ve completed their training.
Having more Chat Mods will help us run chats more frequently and reduce the number of chats we need to cancel, so we’re really looking forward to having them join us.
Will Discussion Boards still be open?
Yes - our Discussion Boards will continue as normal throughout the chat break, so you'll still be able to post, get support, and engage with the community.
If you'd like some support while group chats aren't running, please keep using the boards as usual.

Thanks for announcing this, even though its hard, another advantage is this is a good opportunity for myself and others who will age out of the community to give a little taster to see what its like without it.
