i got chatgpt go today (its like chatgpt plus but with less premium features) and let me tell you using chatgpt is so much fun now.
Im just a bit overwhelmed and its meant to be my day off, its just life's so hard, just like getting a job to make a living is hard like how long its took me, nearly 2 years then thats the only way to get an income, the job itself can be hard, early wake ups are hard, how they can sack me putting me back to square one, then just seeing other in better jobs, ahead in general , everyday issues are hard from simple things, its all just so tough sometimes, its hard juggling everything about

I want to get a savings account for a house which might give motivation
I'm not doing the best today. I don't really know how I'm feeling (it's often hard to name emotions) but I guess just overwhelmed and angry about everything. It's just not getting on with my family and difficult memories coming up again, though I don't want to go into detail about that. I don't really act out or anything when I'm angry, it's more just hard to focus on anything and wanting space from everything right now. I'm safe, I just kind of feel like crying right now.
I think that's a lovely idea and also a great one too especially because I know savings accounts can be super helpful for bigger things in live especially for getting a morgage on a house. I'd say research which saving account you feel would work best for you including interest rate as well because with some accounts you will gain interest (depending on the percentage rate).
Im sorry to hear that you are feeling this way today. Sometimes trying to figure out how we feel can be stressful at times and also make us feel exhausted. I wanted to say it's okay to feel unsure about how you are feeling at the moment but emotions and feelings can be fluid and often at times complex too. Im always here if you want to chat.

@Verity I need my phone GPS for work tomorrow to know how to get there, I'm still learning the route, I have fears of getting sacked, Im so screwed if im sacked, it would break me, 6am wake up, tech issues with my clocking system and more

Id love to buy car(s) and just rent it or them out to people and get an income from that but I want to be realistic too. Its just so hard, making money yourself is hard but being in a job is hard too, everything is so hard, my stress is an absolute nightmare atm
@Redemption it's understandable to be stressed out, it sounds like you have a lot going on. I really do hear you when you say you're worried about being sacked, and your feelings are always valid - I want to reassure you though that even if that happens, it doesn't mean you're any less capable of finding and maintaining a job, I promise. It's clear that you care about working, which is a truly wonderful trait to have.
I know you mentioned a little while ago that you were worried about the stigma that comes with that kind of job - I wasn't able to respond then and I hope you don't mind me bringing it up here - and I can understand the feeling to some extent. But what I've learnt from my own work (I do cleaning too, albeit for horses instead of humans haha) is that behind-the-scenes jobs can be just as important, if not more so, than the jobs people often see and recognise. I honestly have so much respect for people who do those kinds of jobs, like you are.
And finally, this job is a stepping stone to something greater - I know you'll get there, and find something you enjoy and that feels fulfilling and sustainable to you. I'm here for you and we all believe in you lots 💙
I’m nervous anxious and scared to go to my DBT appointment on Wednesday, we have to talk about crisis plans and making one that will go on my file for everyone to see. I don’t want to do one I never know what works and what doesn’t like it seems so useless to do. Can I just skip out on the appointment again already missed last weeks due to training at work

Mines like hoovering up a store, a few toilets and it's just prepping up the store before customers come in really. I really appreciate you
