I wrote out a 'mind' Web page to do with a certain feeling on a piece of paper and put it on my door, n then I left it stuck to my door and left, it also covered the things to do 4 to help bc wen they were presented with tht situation, they just walked away or sed 'I don't no how to help' or gave me the breathing square technique. They even got reactive wen I asked 4 help.
Was sticking the info on my door the right thing to do? I'm trying to educate them, I put the key points in capital letters. Then I put 'happy 2026' at the end
Was tht friendly? To write it

You didn’t do anything wrong by trying to communicate in the way that felt safest and clearest for you. You were trying to help everyone ,including yourself , and that is something to be proud of. Your feelings matter, and your effort to help others understand them was caring, honest, and completely valid.
