Right now, I would love nothing more that to just curl up into a ball and just die. But I can't do that because I need to take my dog on a walk before it gets too dark.

Thanks for the numbers, I have a psychiatrists that I might give a call at some point today or tomorrow or whenever I can be asked. I think right now, I'm going through some kind of severe depression episode due to some rececent events, so I'm just going to stay in my room all day and listen to depression vent playlists and wait for all this to go away on it's own.
And on a somwhat related note.

Here's that dog I was talking about. Her name is Poppy and she is probably one of the only things I care about right now.

that is really positive that you’re thinking about reaching out to your psychiatrist @so_very_tired - i know it can be really hard to take that step so i’m proud of you! it’s ok to take the day to rest and just get through it however you can, and if that’s sitting in your room all day and listening to music then that’s ok.

aw poppy is so cute!! i’m really glad that you have her, animals can be such a big help when we feel so low.

we are here for you if you want to share more <3
