Hey does anyone get a random feeling of abondandment when people around them randomly go silent for long periods of time without a explanation
Because lately ive been feeling abondand because my partner and friends have been talking less due to various stuff but it was all sudden and now I feel abondand
I just dunno if its my bad past experiences with abondandmend and people going silent being early stages of toxicness and abondanding me

Sometimes when both we and the people in our lives are struggling, it’s harder to maintain the same level of contact — even when we care deeply. It can be lowkey annoying and frustrating because it's sudden. However, what matters most is that when they do come back, the sense of safety and comfort between you still feels the same. Do you feel that's what happens with your friends and partner?
It can also really help to remind them that you’re there for them, maybe with a quick check-in or message, just to keep that connection open. I hope this helps:)
