@bignosegirly0 i understand the need to get something to work, but it's always best to just check with a gp or the pharmacist about using it, just to be on the safe side about any side effects and to check if it effects any medications your already on possibly, as a recommendation from a co-worker may not be the most sound medical advice. I hope it can make things a little more manageable for you. And you aren't being "a little bitch" at work. You're struggling, in a hostile workplace, whilst battling with a mental health battle, whilst having an unsupportive family. There is nothing weak about having panic attacks in that situation at all.
