im scared of becoming psychotic again

so yes, i am scared of becoming psychotic again. although i am doing everything im supposed to be in terms of my mental health theres that doubt in my head that im going to enter another psychotic episode either because of stress. sleep deprivation or both. its because i have mock exams in less than a month because for some odd reason i have exams earlier in the year than sixth form students, and even they have mock exams, whilst we have the real thing in january. and on top of that i have mock exams in less than a month and i have no idea how im going to pass that because my business book hasnt even arrived yet and its been three weeks. i dont have anywhere where i can revise from other than maybe the powerpoints that they sent us on teams. but even thats not enough. so essentially im fucked.

Hey @toffuna101 , just checking in - how're you doing today?

It sounds like you’re carrying a lot right now, and I can hear how overwhelming the mix of stress, uncertainty, and pressure from exams feels for you. It makes sense that this situation would stir up fears about your mental health, especially given what you’ve gone through before.

You’re already showing strength by taking steps to care for yourself and noticing what’s difficult. In the past, what have you noticed before psychotic episodes? What are some of the 'signs' you tend to see that let you know you might be needing some extra support and care in those areas?

I really hear just how much you want to be able to get revising and yet, it's frustrating with your book not having arrived yet, and having limited revision resources. I wonder if there are any of your peers or tutors who might be able to assist or advise you? Exams can be such a pressured and stressful season, and you deserve so much self-compassion and kindness through this time too.
