I am not sure if there is a specific helpline for considering a diagnosis of EUPD. However @Lottie5433 wrote about how they found the mind page on BPD and EUPD helpful in your last thread about BPD. On this page people have written about their experience with getting a diagnosis under the section 'Different views on Diagnosis' - reading these comments may help you make a judgement about whether you'd like to pursue a diagnosis of EUPD.

I hear how you're feeling anxious about the stigma surrounding a BPD diagnosis, firstly feeling scared is completely valid as it is uncertain what the result of this diagnosis may be. It may help to talk through these concerns with someone so you can get a second opinion and maybe they can give you advise based on their previous experience.

In your previous posts you mention your youth worker and psychiatrist, if you feel comfortable maybe you could talk to them about BPD and EUPD being on your record and the impacts of having a diagnosis of BPD. Getting two different opinions may help give you two different views and help you make a more informed decision.

Pursuing a diagnosis at the end of the day is your decision, even after discussing it with your psychiatrist and youth worker. Do you think a diagnosis would help you better navigate what you're going through?
