Hey @nem do you feel comfy sharing why you feel like you may have EUPD / BPD? Feeling scared is really valid Nem and I'm sure you have many questions around this. I wonder if you've been able to speak to a medical professional about it?

My youth worker said they’re always super hesitant to give u a diagnosis / put it on your record because of the crazy stigma for BPD

Hi @nem I resonate with this as I’m currently in the process of potentially having that diagnosis too. I had it mentioned a few times during mh assessments as well as with the mental health practitioner I saw.
I found that looking at the mind page on BPD/EUPD helpful and eased my fear of it essentially. It’s also good just to wrap your head around treatment options etc.
