I keep getting these bills frm tv licence ppl but this time it had a little red circle with a enforcement signature on it, should I b worried?. I've been panicking all day. Would tv licence be in with rent? Wen I went to staff wen the office door was open I threw it in saying 'sort it!!' In a distressed manner, is tht seen as aggression? I had enough wen I got tht letter. It was only 4 my address
