    The neighbours were screaming and fighting last night till 4am and it brought things back from my past things I didn’t realise triggered me or gave me bad memories :(

    september is going to be a rly hard month for me :heartbreak: . i have to try be happy bc my bf is coming down to see me and we’re going on a mini holidays/trip but im excited to go but bc it’s going to be a year without my mum im rly not happy bc it’s going to be so hard to put on a brave face. :(
