Hey hi hello to you all! It's Monday again, so:

Here is this week's schedule, which outlines all the different support activities we've got on this week. We'll aim to post these schedules every Monday whilst we're experiencing some chat closures.

Disclaimer: These are also subject to change based on mod and supervisor availability. If we make any changes, this post will be updated ASAP.

Note: To access our chats please head here, and to access our threads they happen right here on the boards!
Monday: Afternoon General Chat (3:30pm-5pm) and JD-Support Chat
Tuesday: Support Circle and Support Chat
Wednesday: General Chat and Support Chat
Thursday: General Chat and Support Chat
Friday: Afternoon Support Chat (1.30pm-3.00pm)
Saturday: Topic Support Thread - Navigating Panic Attacks (3.30pm-5.00pm)
Sunday: Support Thread (11am-12:30pm) and Afternoon General Chat (3pm-4:30pm)
