i’m really sorry you’re feeling this way. that sounds incredibly frustrating and hurtful, and i hate that it made you feel so dismissed:( you deserve to be taken seriously no matter your age, and your pain is real, it shouldn’t be brushed off like that.
i know how difficult you find reaching out to helplines after having so many negative experiences so i can only imagine it wasn’t easy for you but im really proud of you for trying!
