I know I’m a worthless peice of shit I have been my whole life but people don’t need to fucking point it out. I never asked to fucking live I never asked to still be alive but everyone fucking expects me to be!

i’m really sorry you’re feeling like this - it all sounds so heavy for you right now. i’m not gonna pretend to have all the answers, but i do want you to know that i am here, and that i care about you. you are not worthless, you’re someone i care about who’s going through a really difficult time.

you don’t have to go through this alone. we are not here to judge or tell you to “get over it” or whatever - you matter so much!

it’s okay to feel overwhelmed, but please remember, even when your mind is being horrible to you, it doesn’t speak the truth about who you are. i know it might be hard to see this right now but i promise you, you are not a burden and you are not too much - you are a human being trying to survive something really hard.
