I’m safe now.
Sometimes, I would randomly decide to end my life straight away if I’m triggered. As an instance, my workplace was talking about who would have sex with the ugliest female coworkers for a lot of money. It made me instantly depressed and I realised that my coworkers had very likely had the same conversation about me. And that it’s a reminder that everyone hates me and would be happy if I killed myself. I have no worth because I’m the ugliest in my workplace.

So I decided I was gonna kill myself in the locker room but as I was going through the procedure twice, I stopped. The first attempt was because I feared someone was gonna catch me. The second was because it was too painful.
I fucking wish I could actually go through the procedure and just fucking die already. Please just give me the strength to properly kill myself.
