So, this is my problem whenever there is a shift in weather it fucks my stomach up and on top of anxiety it makes it really bad, so this may sound gross but honestly I ain’t ashamed because I’m sure someone can relate

This morning it was a bit chilly - my tummy was fine
It started warming up - my tummy got upset
It got a bit cooler - my tummy was fine
Then it got warmer - my tummy got really upset
Then it rained for a few minutes - my tummy was okay again
Then it got warmer - my tummy got upset again
Now it is raining again - my tummy is okay

Anyone notice the pattern?

I did some googling (well asked Chat gpt) and that gave me a couple of options

- weather sensitive IBS
- Autonomic Nervous System Dysregulation
- anxiety or sensory processing

Why I think it’s the last one:
* I have anxiety (diagnosed)
* common in trauma
* sensory overwhelm
* Involuntary age regression

I relate to that one a lot 🙃 all seems to match up to me with sudden temperature and tummy tightness, nausea, cramp etc

Not sure what to do about it
Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

    @River stress and anxiety can cause all 3 of those River. Weather sensitive IBS, Autonomic Nervous System dysregulation, Autonomic Nervous System Dysregulation, and Anxiety and sensory processing can all be caused by them. Your best option is talk with a doctor (i know they can be pricks at times, but it's their duty to help you), and look at more directed psychotherapy if it is that, which it likely is. Also, it's possible stress and anxiety may not be a cause which is important to just check. What you have is a perfectly valid medical issue, and the doctors are the best option for you.
