not getting notifications from the mix.

hi for the past few days im getting no notifications from the mix. i have all notifications enabled so i should be getting notifications/emails but im not. idk if its happening for anyone else but its starting to rly be annoying 😅. what can i do to receive notifications? pls help!
ppl dont always need advice. sometimes all they rly need is a hand to hold. an ear to listen. and a heart to understand them. 🧸

    Hey all @eylah @Rose113 @DonnerKebab thank you for flagging this. Hmm let's try fix this for you all

    Can I check what you mean by notifications? Are you each not receiving emails and notifications on your board accounts?

    And does this mean DM notifications, mentions, community announcements etc?

    Also when you navigate to the "Notifications" and click "Notification Preferences" do you each have them all turned on?

    Any extra info here would be super useful for us to look into this. Cheers folks!

    its working now ok but it decides when it wants to work. when it doesn’t work i dont receive emails or notifications on my boards acc bearing in mind i have them all turned on. but im getting them now.

    Please would you folks be able to provide some specific examples of things you haven't been notified of (the more recent the better!). For example were you notified of This Week's Schedule, notified of a DM or being mentioned in someone's comment?

    hi @Katie i wasnt getting alerts for when staff was posting weekly schedules etc. i wasnt getting emails or alerts on here for dms mentions or when someone posted in a post ive participated in etc. i was getting literally nothing. but i am now.

    Thank you for letting me know @Rose113. I wonder if you could try these steps and let me know if it works:

    So, if you click on the "Notifications" button and then "Notification Preferences"

    Then scroll down to the bottom and click "Manage Followed Content" in the Categories section here:

    It should look something like this:

    If the bell icon next to "Community Announcements" is blue and says "following" when you're hovering over it, you should be receiving notifications for Community Announcements. If it isn't blue, please click the bell icon so you are following it.

    If this doesn't work, let me know and we can take a closer look!

    @Rose113 can you see the categories bit that looks like this? It's at the bottom of the Notification Preferences page.

    At the end of that sentence it says "Managed Followed Content". I'm not sure why it isn't underlined but it is a hyperlink. Just hover your mouse over it and it should let you click it.

    Mines has been when someone mentions me. Like in the venting thread that @DonnerKebab started, there's a couple in there that i didn't get.

    Thank you for this screenshot @Rose113 ! Yes it looks like you're not following our Community Announcements Category however the button to follow it has disappeared for some reason. Leave it with me and I'll keep speaking to our tech team about how to resolve this. Apologies in the meantime that you're not getting these notifications - I can appreciate this might be a bit frustrating! When I have an update I'll let you all know here

    I am getting some notifications but not others, it’s so weird. I am getting some of the community announcements (I got the chat schedule one) and some mentions but not all of them. I had a mention this morning in the vent thread which I didn’t get, but last night I had one and I did get it? It’s so odd. I wouldn’t know about DMs (if someone from the mix could ping me one to test this would be great).

    For the record, if I get a notification on here I also get it as an email, but if I don’t get it on here I don’t get an email either.

    Edit: I just got one. It seems that if I’m actively online when it comes in I get it but if I’m offline it doesn’t work.
