I push away the people that I love the most; why?

Sia walks away from a person as they reach out towards her, "Sia come back!"
She doesn't respond and keeps on moving.

I don't want no one to know I'm vulnerable; why?
As she's crying and struggling to take breaths in, Sia covers her face so that no one would see her tears and red puffy face.

That makes me feel weak and so uncomfortable

Her Year 10 English Teacher asks, "Do you want to go to medical?"
Sia gets a tissue wiping her nose before responding, "Um, sure," She says as she goes on her walker and leaves the room.

Why?

When she arrives at medical, people ask her, "Are you alright? Do you need to sit down?"
"I'm fine, I have a dentist appointment I need to go," Sia retorts as she walks towards the exit.

Stop askin' me questions, I just wanna feel alive
Her panic attack ensues as she's in the dentist, she avoids eye contact with everyone.
People don't pay attention to her whilst she's in the waiting room.
