Sometimes when the people most like you don't love you, it is a hurt that can cause the greatest pain, and this pain can lead you to hate everything.

i don’t have any advice or anything but just wanted to say good luck!! im sure you’ll do amazing
Firstly congrats on getting an interview, that's super amazing and I am really proud of you. That is a huge step as well and I hope everything goes okay for you.
I did a foundation art course back in 2020 but prior to that I had to do a similar interview like you will be doing where I had to take a portfolio of all my work. I mostly took a lot of my sketchbooks, as I did a lot of traditional style drawing rather than digital but you can pretty much take any drawing you think you really like. Sometimes what some courses may suggest is to think about your most favourite piece of work that you have done because with me I had to explain about why it was my favourite piece of work. I know that definitely sounds daunting talking about your work but for me I tend to think what do I like about this piece, is it the colours I choose or is it the themes within the artwork?. Also I know sometimes some art schools like to have quality over quanity so choosing your best piece of work can be helpful.
Overall, there isn't any wrong or right answers when it comes to bringing a portfolio because its a way of getting those course tutors to see your style and what type of art you love doing and why. They are mostly getting a flavour of who you are as an artist and what inspires you etc. For me I did a lot of self identity pieces as I tended to draw a lot of people.
All in all I hope it goes well for you and deep breaths too, your going to do well and I got my fingers and toes crossed for you right now. You got this!.
I'm always here too if you need help in the build up to the interview
Sending big hugs,
