Boards won’t keep me logged in

It keeps logging me out and idk why, it’s happened 3 times this morning in the space of an hour!

    Thank you @Rose113 and do you get logged out when you're using the discussion boards or is it when you haven't been on the tab in a certain amount of time please?

    Mines is ok for now on both phone and PC, but the time I have to leave the tab for it to log me out is ages, it’s something like 28 days! So probs not that for the people experiencing it.

    Very helpful to know thank you @independent_ ! I am wondering if the sessions expire after not being active on the tab. I'll chat to the tech team about it and will let you all know when I have an update

    sorry i’ve been in college / appointments!! for me though, it happens in my phone & laptop.

    Okay so @independent_ you were right! Your sessions should be timing out after 1 month. Which means if you haven't visited the site within a month, you'll be automatically signed out.

    I'm a little unsure why you're both being signed out @Rose113 and @shannon_164 as you visit the boards often right?

    I have a few more questions if you don't mind answering them please so that we can get to the bottom of this:
    1. Are you being logged out despite being active on the page? (I think you've already answered this Rose thank you!)
    2. When you get logged out, are you keeping the community open in a tab on your computer/phone, or do you make a new tab each time?

    @Katie its been happening to me several times the last couple of weeks - some days its anytime i come onto the boards, other days its just once or not at all! ive never not used boards for over a month either!

    the second question is baffling my brain a little lol but honestly, it just depends, sometimes i just use the same tab, other times, a new tab.

    Hey gang, can I ask if you're still having the problems? the tech team are having a look on the back end to see if they can see a reason why but it would be helpful to know if it is still happening and how often
