Easter Weekend

Hi everyone,

We're mindful that it is currently Easter weekend, and while not everyone may celebrate this occassion, we recognise it may feel like a tough time for some.

Whatever your circumstances this weekend, whether you're with loved ones or spending time on your own, unemployed or working, taking time off or busy, we're here for you without jugdement.

How are we each taking care of ourselves this weekend? What's one small thing you can do to show up for yourself or others?

For me, its going to be taking a long walk tomorrow evening to go read my book in the park!

    I struggle over the Easter holidays- like most holidays! I hate the routine break and people are always like maintain routine but the routine around me- ie dad mum not working, is also broken

    I've got through friday- yeah!
    Today I went volunteering.
    Tomorrow I might go volunteering again.
    Monday- well that nay be tricky!

    Hey @Invisible_me , I hear you - and it sounds really hard to have all these routine-changes happening right now. It can be overwhelming. What is today looking like for you? Do you think you will go volunteering again? We're all here for you!

    Hi @Sian321,

    So that's another day done - yeah! Yeah I went to volunteering again today. I actually coped better at volunteering today than yesterday. But like one of the contacts was on cancer and grief and that like hit me a bit but felt unable to say it hut me a bit because like my supervsor said before she 'switched' to not to go in. But it was okay, it didn't stuck with me.

    Now just got to get through tomorrow (Monday).
