i think I've actually given up with work now

I have mentioned this a few times on here about how a certain individual is frustrating me at work and is causing more stress to me.

This individual (C) has caused that much stress to me that I just don't actually want to go to work anymore - especially on the split shifts with them where i have to see them. She does my head in:
  • she doesnt listen to instructions
  • doesnt follow the laid out documents for a shift
  • forever goes to higher up such as our AGM if she has issues instead of to me her Supervisor!
  • She acts like she thick about work - even though she has worked here for like 10 years or so
  • Forever criticizing or nosing in about other staff members availability to work etc

Honestly i dont know how much i can cope with her anymore.
Shes being a bitch about everything.

For example
*Context* - Our HSM is having a hard time as her daughter has just given birth, but baby had to be rushed to a different hospital. Then her daughter had to have surgery on her wrist after breaking it a couple weeks/days before she gave birth. As a result of this our HSM has requested some time off to help out.
Here is where i fit into this. Due to being trained as a receptionist she has asked what my rota is like next week (w/c: 7.4.2025) so i can cover her days especially on a Friday and Saturday - as these our busy days due to it being checkin day etc.

Now currently my rota says i am working at the leisure friday afternoon 2-7pm and C is working the morning 9-2pm. so i have kindly asked if we could swap them so i would do a morning and she do the evening, this way i can help reception out with checking people in.
However C is being annoying with this and making up excuses under the sun as to why she cant do this. She keeps asking cant one of the other cover my shift - what she doesnt understand is ive submitted my hours for the month and cant go over them due to budget but also the the other people are unavailable (one is at her daughters wedding, the other doesnt have childcare of an evening or in fact that day).

From what she said today when i swapped over shifts with her is that i believe she wants to have a moan about this to our AGM J because she has to have her own Fucking way.

now here is my dilemma.
i am contracted 30hrs a week, she is contracted 15hrs and the rest are just 0hrs.

Is it wrong of me to give them the bare minimum of shifts (this will change based on the season we are in, as our opening hours change) so she just hits her contracted hours and i either pick up extra and then give the other like 2 shifts a week.

am i just being petty about this?
