General Chat Closed Tonight

Hi everyone,
Due to last minuet changes in availability, we are unfortunately unable to run General Chat tonight. We're extreamly sorry, and truly do recognise the number of chat closures we have had to navigate this past week.
We are really keen to run Support Chat for you tonight as we recognise that it hasn't been avaialble at points recently, so SC is running as usual.
We hope to be able to run General Chat as usual again on Tuesday 11th March.
Thank you for your patience as we work to resolve issues with our rota and team capacity. While we recognise the urgency to sort this, it's quite a complicated process behind-the-scenes to make sure that we find a solution that is not just quick but also, sustainable long-term. We want to offer consistency for yourselves in terms of being able to keep Chats and Threads open, while also making sure we're able to offer the best ongoing support and training for any volunteers, both new and existing. This means there are quite a few internal steps we need to consider before a quick solution can be reached. But rest assured this is a daily priority. And we're determined to resolve this for you all
