I really hope ypu can get some sleep tonight as your day sound full. Is there anything in particular you are anxious about with work?
Always here for you ❤️
Sleep, especially when you have such a demanding schedule, is really crucial, so I understand how stressful it is when it feels out of reach. I know it can be hard, but taking a few deep breaths and trying to focus on your body can sometimes help with winding down. Is there anything that has helped you in the past when helping you relax before bed?
As for the relapse, I want you to know that talking to your psychologist is really important. It’s understandable that you might feel nervous, but they’re there to help, and they won’t judge you. It’s okay to bring it up when you feel ready—it can actually be a huge step toward getting the support you need. You’re showing so much strength by acknowledging what you’re going through.
