2 weeks ago I stroked trees and stroked walls hinting tht I was going to do something coz I felt really really sad the carers were out smoking at the time and they turned their backs to me. Apparently I called one of them a b*tch out of premises. Nd they're letting us go away 3 days at a time, is tht normal for care? I felt for ages tht they're falling
Wat date was it two weeks ago Friday?

Stuff I kept noticing was after they abandoned me at therapy, they left wen I went in and they started pointscoring, the manager told them to go back. Is tht allowed too?

Hey @ellie2000 , thank you for your post and questions. Firstly, it sounds so hard to be abandoned by your carers when you're trying to ask for help <3 It seems like you feel very dismissed by them sometimes, and esspecially when you're really struggling with your mental health, it can feel like they leave you to cope alone.

Would it feel helpful to open up to us here about what has been making you feel low and sad lately? We're here to listen without judgement.

    You mentioned:
I was going to do something coz I felt really really sad

and that sounds so overwhelming, Ellie. When you say 'do something', what do you mean by this? I wonder how you were able to keep yourself safe too that day when your carers ignored you?

May we also check in to ask what the latest updates have been in terms of you possibly moving to a new accomodation? Has this been confirmed?

In the meantime, below are some spaces you can reach out to to explore your carers behaviour if you wish:
