I’m so overwhelmed

I don’t post on here often anymore but I’m so overwhelmed right now I didn’t know where else to post.
University is so stressful right now. I’m struggling to cope with it all. I have an assignment due at 2pm tomorrow that I haven’t finished yet - so that’s going to be an all nighter to try and get it sorted.
My first dissertation chapter was due before Christmas and right now it’s only 3 sentences. Lectures are getting a lot , it’s an hour travel each way plus the 9-5 in it ….. it’s leaving be exhausted.
I’m just so stuck, so stuck and I’m trying so hard to manage it all but it’s all so overwhelming

Sometimes all you need is one person to believe in you , for you to begin to believe in yourself.

As basic and generic as it sounds, i always found breaking down my assignments into smaller tasks always made it feel more manageable and like I could get through it. even if it was just a "today i'm gonna write this section of it" or "i'll aim to write about 500 words today" and also taking breaks too so your mind doesn't become completely consumed and overwhelmed by it all. Also maybe talking to support services or your dissertation supervisor (assuming you've got one) could be useful as they are there to support you when you need (although i know some can be more approachable than others).
try and take things one day at a time and remember you're doing amazing and you'll get through it all
