@ellie2000 When I attended therapy, I was told to not look for green in a room of blue, if that makes sense. Reciting something that you like, like a quote, a poem, anything. She also mentioned holding Ice, if you’ve ever tried that. Clenching the fists as hard as you can and letting go, breathing deeply as you unclench the first can be a nice feeling, letting the worries go with each deep breath. There’s also the court room scenario, unsure if it would help you, depends on your situation. If you’d like me to tell you, let me know. ☺️

I hope @eylah breathing technique can provide you some peace. I hope you’re okay.

Hey @ellie2000 thank you so much for these posts. I just wanted to check in as it sounds like yesterday might have been very difficult, and I know you said you felt panicky. I'm so glad you chose to reach out here.

    TW - Harm to self
You mentioned running into the road and banging your head, and this sounds serious. I'm glad to hear you're with your mum, but can I also check whether you are hurt at all following this?

If you are, we would encourage you to dial 999 for emmergency medical assistance or to journey to your nearest A&E at hospital. For non-emmergency medical advice, you can call the NHS' 111 line to speak to a medical professional. You may also speak with your GP.

How does this sound @eylah ?

Dealing with triggers or feelings of paranoia can be hugely overwhelming, and it's so valid that you feel this way. I can see that @eylah has very kindly shared some further support above if you do feel unsafe, and we hope you can reach out to these if you need.

Below I will also share some support options for coping with panic if helpful. We care about you, Ellie, and we're all here for you as this meeting with your old accomodation approaches:
