That does sound a bit unsafe @TheNightmare have you spoken to him about it?

I know when I learned how to drive aaages ago my instructor sometimes helped me out with the wheel but if anyone did that to me now I'd be well annoyed! I'd definitely recommend talking to him about it and asking why he does it. What do you think?

I've also moved this post over to the "Health & Wellbeing" category I think it fits under wellbeing a bit better :)

Hey @Katie thanks a lot for replying. I have spoken but he still does it.

My instructor helped me too and I did some lessons with my uncle too where he helped me. I get annoyed too, I might have to talk to him and not let him in the car again if it continues. Thanks for moving this for me too, I wasn't sure which category to put it in.

hey @TheNightmare i sooo feel you on this, having your passengers attempting to intervene / criticise your driving - it’s super frustrating, and as you’ve said can also be super dangerous!!! maybe you could talk to him about it and explore more why he does it? it would be understandable if you were in early driving days and learning etc but as you’ve said you have been driving for a few years now so really he shouldn’t be!! i hope the situation improves for you:)
