Confused by new book

So just before Christmas I ordered this new book but when it came today it was in a different language :lol: does anyone know why?

    I’m thinking you didn’t order the English version 😂 I just googled it there and the book is written in a few different languages. I’d return that one and buy a new .. or learn a new language 😂

    Yes that book is Polish. And no I'm not reading it. :p

    How would that work anyway? Its not like you'd understand more if I read it to you in Polish lol. And I already do plenty of translating for my parents so I'm kinda sick of it now :sweat_smile:

    Btw the center text reads "this is not a love story". Which sounds to me like its trying to say that this book is, in fact, a love story...

    @JJLemon18 its okay I do in fact have a friend that I FaceTime with every night who I never knew, studied polish :lol:

    Yep looks like its in a different language, also I love that book too I got it myself but *in english :joy: as I dont speak many different languages* and it's on my list of things to read. I mean you could use google translate potentially to translate it or maybe if you were able to, you could return and just explain you accidentally bought it in a translated language instead of English. Otherwise you could use it as an opportunity to study a different language maybe?

    Me translating a short phrase in the center of the cover does not mean translating the whole damn book! XD

    @Rose113 Thats pretty cool! :D Are they willing to read you the book then? It'd actually be great practice for them too!

    If not then I hope you enjoy learning your new language ;) I'd be honoured if you do end up learning Polish haha
