Health condition - periods

I can’t take this anymore I can’t take the pain and I can’t take the fact I have no one I have to do all of this on my own I am absolutely exhausted I can’t even lift my arm up without using all my energy my legs are killing my ovaries are being stabbed with a hot knife I’m done I’m generally done I wouldn’t wish the condition on my worse enemy but there’s twats out there I can’t do all these mood swings anymore I can’t deal with the depression I can’t deal with any of it especially not on my own.
