The weather and the storms not sleeping properly

Don’t know about anybody else but the storm last night was horrible like I felt like my whole window was just gonna break I could hear the wind the rain quite scary really never can get any sleep with them does anybody else have sleeping problems when they hear storms and has anybody else in the country been having storms and their garden been destroyed with floods and fences coming down it’s awful drop is a message if anybody else can’t get to sleep because of it and how they deal with it

    my windows are fucked from the storm. lol its horrendous in south west with threat to life etc. 😅 stay safe ❤️

    Hey @Princesslouise02 <3 this sounds like a lot! I know whenever it's super stormy and i'm feeling anxious or scared I try to do something distracting like put my earphones in and listen to an audiobook or podcast, watch a film, and make sure that I'm around someone whether it be a person or even a pet. Storms are a bit easier to weather when you're not alone. I hope you and your home are okay <3
