Talking and being open to supervisors

Invisible_meInvisible_me Posts: 149 Helping Hand
Hi. Cut it short. These been a few large organisational and structural changes to where I volunteer (have been doing so for a number if yeeare and it is essentially what keeps me going) but these changes due to my autism, coupled with Christmas decs (which is a trigger) have been difficult to get ny head around.
I spoke to supervisor L who was my previous supervisor about these changes happening prior to it being put in place.
My current supervisor A is aware from being copied into communications that its difficult and she lll speak to me, failed to happen.
She then went on leave and have been emailing supervisor L for support who has tried to help. She then saud my supervisor A is bavk from leave and she'll be in touch. How do I say, that actually id rather carry on this conversation with her (previous supervisor L than now havibg to speak to supervisor A.
I get alibg with both but I see A more often and we have lots of jokey conversation, smaller ones but larger serious conversations L is better. She knows me amd I don't see her often so I dont mind talking to her aboyt these bigger issues as I know she'll respond supportivelu, seriously amd cause I don't see often or have performance reviews with her i don't feel exposed. I think she'll understand but is there a way me saying politely, I'd rather carry this conversation on with her and she thrn pass it in than me hsvibg to speak to someone else.
