Close your eyes and breathe in for five hold for five out for five and if it helps listen to calming music, this helps me with mine, hope you’re alright

Yeah they do feel like that which does suck and I know it’s hard at the time but you just need to remember they do end eventually. I’m glad it helped and your welcome, happy to help

    Hey there Anayah / @User6383

This sounds like a really scary thing to experience and I can hear how frightened you was. I'm sending you hugs <3 Did you have anyone with you whilst you was having a panic attack who was able to help you at all?

I also wondered if anything in particular triggered this panic attack, and how often they happen to you? I'm glad to hear you're feeling better now and please know you're not alone in experiencing this. You've done so well to reach out to our community whilst you was going through this and we're here if you want to talk.

I've popped a few apps down below you might find useful to help you manage anxiety that are all tailored for young people:

Sorted: Mental Health is an NHS approved app that has a range of audio programmes designed to increase your wellbeing and resilience to stress. It incorporates breathing, positive reappraisal and visualisation techniques to help you manage the physical symptoms of stress and anxiety. To find out more you can visit https://www.feelinggood.app/ or download the app from the Apple or Android app stores.

MindShift CBT is a free app designed to help teens and young adults cope with anxiety.
