This sounds like a really scary thing to experience and I can hear how frightened you was. I'm sending you hugs Did you have anyone with you whilst you was having a panic attack who was able to help you at all?
I also wondered if anything in particular triggered this panic attack, and how often they happen to you? I'm glad to hear you're feeling better now and please know you're not alone in experiencing this. Thank you so much for the information. I think it was because I was overthinking about school. Im feeling much better it was a shock because I've had fewer panic attacks and this just happened. I will definitely use the app thanks 🩷
A good app is 'lightning bug' which has nature sounds
And 'finch' which is like a therapist. Wen u grow the self care penguin grows
